Do not fold the mat in half — this may damage the lotus spikes. Store it flat in the Big Bag, hang it on a hanger, or lay it flat under the bed or in a drawer.
Do not machine wash. Handwash covers in mild detergent only, if necessary.
Avoid drying in direct sunlight to preserve the colour of your massage set.
Keep away from moisture, dust, dirt, children, pets, and direct sunlight.

Simply lower yourself onto the Massage Set, positioning it under your back, shoulders, neck, or any area you'd like to massage (except your face). You can also sit or stand on it, or apply gentle pressure to your feet while seated. With no moving parts, just lay still, breathe deeply, and let the mat do its work. A typical session lasts 20–30 minutes. The first session may feel intense — this is normal. After a few moments, a pleasant warmth spreads through your body as tension melts away.
